Breakfast exceeded expectations with excellent variety.

this hotel really could use more attention to detail, like, the laundry service not being offered is somewhat shocking. I almost gave a good review, but the noise from above my room was just too distracting. as a discerning traveler, I woudl ve been expecting complimentary breakfast, but wasn't even offered an upgrade. very disappointing.

Spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing rooms.

I was a bit frustrated with the parking situation. As a family group, fitting our van in the gated area was a challenge. Additionally, the constant noise from closing doors each time was quite annoying, interrupting the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

The staff made us feel truly valued, taking initiative to accommodate our needs, including coordinating help with lost luggage. Breakfast options were plentiful, and the views from the rooftop were stunning!

The staff were so helpful, always with a smile. I loved how they remembered my coffee order after just two days-it made me feel special like they really cared.

Room was super comfy with a kitchenette, private bathroom, and a balcony that had an amazing view. The outdoor pool area with sun loungers was perfect for relaxation. Breakfast was delicious with heaps to choose from and the staff went out of their way to make you feel at home!

i had a fantastic stay at home suite hotels sea point, completely exceeding my expectations from previous visits to the city. the breakfast options were delightful, especially those homemade cookies. the warm hospitality of nelson and anele truly made us feel at home.

the reception area needs better signage.
